from there updating fetchmail and issuing a signal-event console-save should
put the spam check back on fetched mail.
please in order to test, for those who tried the manual patch, first do
yum reinstall qpsmtpd
rm /var/service/qpsmtpd/config/forcespamcheck
signal-event console-save
then
yum update smeserver-fetchmail --enablerepo=smetest
signal-event console-save
