They are both in test repos as they have not been released yet.
smeserver-fetchmail-1.6-13.el6.sme.noarch.rpm is in smetest
smeserver-qpsmtpd-2.4.0-39.el6.sme.noarch.rpm in in smeupdates-testing
yum --enablerepo=smetest,smeupdates-testing install smeserver-fetchmail
