Quite probably yes. Try changing the ownerahip & perms to match mine and then
try:
chown root:root /etc/rc.d/init.d/teamspeak
Not sure if it should be 0770 or 0700
Try this first:
chmod 0770 /etc/rc.d/init.d/teamspeak
Lwt me know.
