ok. It looks like your PHP fpm pool isn't started. Please check
ps aux | grep php
ll /opt/remi/php56/root/etc/php-fpm.d/
ll /var/run/php
Check also in /var/log/messages and /var/log/php/pydio if you have anything
which might give us a clue as to why it's not starting
