Hi all,
Same issue here, /var/www/php-cgi-bin/ is empty after installation :
[root@sme9-test ~]# ls -als /var/www/php-cgi-bin/
total 8
4 drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 27 juil. 2017 .
4 drwxr-xr-x 7 root root 4096 28 août 19:47 ..
[root@sme9-test ~]# /etc/init.d/php56-php-fpm status
php-fpm (pid 2098) en cours d'exécution...
[root@sme9-test ~]# ps aux | grep pydio
root 2770 0.0 0.0 103340 928 pts/0 S+ 12:13 0:00 grep pydio
[root@sme9-test ~]# ll /var/run/php-fpm
total 16

It is a test-vm, so ask what we need to check, it's ok for me.
