NextCloud has an update to v13.04,uodate not yet available via contribs.
Have tried doing a direct update from within NextCloud but this currently
fails.
Unsure if I should debug direct update or wait until an update is available via
contribs in case there is an unknown process/dependency specific to the sme
install.
