Ok, something must be wrong in the conf template.
Whenever you update the IP addresses should be escaped like these
SkipHosts="127.0.0.1 REGEX[^192\.168\.2\.] " HostAliases="localhost 127.0.0.1
REGEX[proxsme\.fage\.org$]"
That is wrong as the 127.0.0.1 should be escaped too like
127\.0\.0\.1
I'll go check the template.
