OK, I have fixed a few stupid errors. New version in my repo.
Note that SkipExternalIP can be one of yes|mask|no
'yes' gives the IP and 'mask' a REGEX line like this:
123.123.123.123 to REGEX[123\.123\.123\.] or similar depending on the
ExternalIP subnet mask
For ref:
SkipLocalIP should be a REGEX for your local network
SkipLocalNetworks should be REGEX for any LocalNetworks defined in server
manager
