The language patch smeserver-php-scl-0.4-locale-2018-12-14.patch does not have
correct translations for all languages.
e.g.

+ <trans>php56</trans>
+ </entry>
+ <entry>
+ <base>PHP72</base>
+ <trans>php56</trans>

+ <trans>php56</trans>
+ </entry>
I have absolutely no idea why this didn't apply equally, nor any idea how to
fix it beyond manually patching the language file

There is no po file in Pootle so you can't see the translations for the contrib
either Pootle either.
