daily parsing of /var/log/iptables/current could allow to see how efficient is
the ban on a country,
similar to bug # 10744 this could be a nightly parse using a similar approach
to http://redgreenrepeat.com/2017/02/24/parsing-ssh-logs-intermediate/ and
then store it in a db (flat or sqlite or mysql)
