i have tested a script and obtained 1915 blocking :
20190220;RU;1189
20190220;CN;554
20190220;IP Address not found;153
20190220;DE;19
~ 10% IP not found
1% undesired (DE is not chosen)
I used a GeoLITE2 built on 20190213....
Depending on the rotation speed, we could have to consider current + some older
files.
