those two have been fixed in 1.1.0-13.sme
it seems that you might need two separate virtualhosts to handle sogo and
nexcloud as they are conflicting over few urls.
eems taht changing domain for sogo could be hard :

so there will need to implement an easyway to use a dedicated subdomain for
nextcloud if neeeded

need to check with smeserver-webapps-common
