Sorry its been a while
This still occurs for - now on 17.0.1. If I access admin menu the user/password
request dialogue references Sogo - if I am on internal network. If I do the
same from external I get a plain vanilla user/password dialogue - no Sogo ref.
In either case, supplying the correct credentials allows the admin page to
complete the update check and everything else seems to work
I'll leave it to others to decide whether to open again and search for a
solution
