The check_badcountries qpsmtpd plugin does not output a GeoIP Country to the
qpsmtpd log file if the qpsmtpd BadCountries property in the configuration DB
is empty. Priming the BadCountries property with one country starts the output.
Without it only GeoIP city is output.
Using smeserver-geoip2 1.2.8 with v2 databases. Fresh install
