I have just realised that with the EPEL version of dehydrated installed it also
adds its own cron.d entry.
Currently this is not templated and will fire dehydrated regardless.
If there is no config file because letsencrypt is disabled then the config file
will be empty, and the defaults will be used. That may break stuff.
We should probably make this a 'depends' on the EPEL version 0.6.5 ??? Any
comments?
