so as default now smeserver-geoip2 requires
+Requires: libmaxminddb >= 1.1.1

+Requires: geolite2-country
+Requires: geolite2-city
so at very least peops have a fresh db to start and have an update from
upstream every 2 months
also I have added some configuration keys :
basic they will need to set for geoip key
AccountID
LicenseKey
Geoipupdate will fails without both (contrary to the wget with xt_geoip)
also I have added :
DatabaseDirectory '/usr/share/GeoIP' if you want to change your path
Host 'updates.maxmind.com' if you want to use your own mirror
PreserveFileTimes '0' zero tu use download date for file 1, to keep upstream
date.
Terry can you update the wiki ?
