Yes Jean-Philippe, you are right /etc/Backup symlink has vanished. Thanks.
Strange, they're some files in /etc/BackupPC directory but not config.pl.
I restored all that and i retrieve now the same structure as Comment#2.
All is fine now.
Perhaps investigate on disks failure...
