I think we ought to have have a chat about this really.
You aren't likely to find an old version as the v1 DBs are now deprecated and
we really should not be offering that as an option anymore.
See the previous bugs on the v2 API from Maxmind.
I can't remember what there was that used to depend on the old DBS - the other
bugs will tell you - but I really think we just have to completely drop v1
support and move on here.
