I hve reworked the packages smeserver-geoip provides geoip2,
smeserver-geoip-legacy will pull old GEOIP rpms
have imported the needed deps to smecontribs from openfusion
have updated buildsys accodring to needed rpms

FYI GeoIP v1 is needed by horde and the Geoip 1.5 the one available from centos
and making that epel did not provide a more recent : fork a bug to make it
geoip2 compliant
