I have incorporated all the changes in to the rpm apart from a patch that is
required to jpgraph for the Font location - that will be for any version of
jpgraph.
You can find the rpm in my "Beware of Dragons" Test repo ;-)
Brian, please test it and let me know if it needs any changes. If it is
basically OK I'll import it and you can then carry on hacking.

We probably ought to build a separate jpgraph rpm really - might make it a bit
easier!
