OK so the basic page renders OK with the missing jpgraph directories.
The next issue is missing graphs.
This is in the index.php file which processes the log files and renders them.
It has two functions in there called read_and_print_virus_log and
read_and_print_virus_log
They take the data and generate the virus and spam files in the fly.
Clearly something not right.
Also we ought to tidy up the spamfilter-statsclient.pl script in there that has
lots of references to old SME versions. They can all go.
