v10 fully updated from smetest and updates-testing, e-smith-base 5.8.0-71:
when removing all leases from this contrib in main log I see a dhcpd sigterm
and even though dhcpd is disabled in db setting it gets started.
Either systemd is not fully fixed or sigterm needs to be replaced in this
contrib.
