smeserver-dhcpmanager uses the action workgroup-update to adjust the actual
dhcp status, which has a dhcpd->sigterm in its service2adjust.
I suppose it uses workgroup incase the winsserver changed.
However sigterm is no longer supported by systemd as Zsolt has pointed out.
So I guess we need to (re)expand 40Koozali, call systemd-default and then
restart dhcpd?
However I can't see that this will stop dhcpd if it was running and has now
been disabled?
So I guess somewhere we need to check for that and issue a systemsctl stop
dhcpd?
either in the workgroup-update, or perhaps a new action dhcpd-update or in the
panel code for smeserver-dhcpmanager?
