I can confirm that with
$qpsmtpd{'RelayRequiresAuth"} set to disabled
and
[root@sme10 ~]# db networks show 192.0.0.0
192.0.0.0=network
Mask=240.0.0.0
Wireguard=wg0
[root@sme10 ~]#
then expand-template /var/service/qpsmtpd/config/relayclients
results in
192.
