The 172.23.0.0 is generated on install by the default "Wireguard server Ip",
but is left in the DB even if the Ip is changed on the SM panel.

That Ip is clearly not checked (I guess it needs to be within the private Ip
address range (10.0.0.0, 192.168.0.0 0r 172.23.0.0)?
