seems to be duplicate work of previous patch.
previous patch was deleting all and create only the new ones without verifiying
if new one is correct
this one is only deleting those not correct.
would add this verification on the wireguard-network action script.
in case one did manually add this in the db / manually trigger the event
for this particular action:
idea was more to check at the wg-quick@wg0 property if the ip /network is
indeed a lan one and if not disabling the service and stopping it or force a
random compatible one.
also rereading at previous script i would not delete all bu make an exception
on the one we use(if of with rfc) to avoid to recreate it.
