There are two issues here:
1. I can see that the mojolicious routing does not quickly allow three seperate
exits from a form, which is why this one uses a central "next" and a selection.
2. How to have specific (by theme) CSS for a contrib panel part of the contrib
rpm rather than part of the smeserver-manager or theme rpm? It maybe that I can
solve the format for AdminLTE problem in this case, but there does need to be a
mechanism whereby a contrib can slot in some specific CSS.
Maybe the .ep file can have a CSS reference? I'll try that.
