This should rise now.
1. Don't use --all
This will occur anyway as we now use the proper backup routine from SME to
backup the correct directories and that list is then saved for restore.
2. Do specify which backup to restore as you may have more than one
eg: affa --rise myserver
Also we should consider the fact that you may want to restore 'day.3' or
'week.1' rather than 'latest' (scheduled.0)
That makes it much more complicated, especially as undo rise restores
scheduled.0 but I will look at it.
