A point that Gary has noticed.
You can't just change the config file to point to a different host and then
restore/rise.
Due to the change in rsync you HAVE to specify absolute URLs.
So we have those stored in the files dest-BackupDirectoryList.txt in your
/var/affa/{backups} directories.
Scenarios to test:
Rise to this server - should be OK
Rise to remote server - no it can't do that.
Restore backup local - yes it can
Restore backup to remote - yes it can
