There are few NFR there:
1 it is only handling $port = ${$servName}{'TCPPort'} || ''; not TCPPorts
2 not handling UDPPort
3 not handling UDPPorts
Some are using at least 2 forms of those 4
A loop for udp/tcp could do or a call to a function
We also need to think how to handle TCPPorts UDPPorts could also be a loop for
${$servName}{'TCPPort'},${$servName}{'TCPPorts'},and same for UDP
These could fixed here, or be cloned to a new bug.
