here is a full working version
only test I have not performed is $BC ne '' and XTGeoipOther enabled
so amost ready to patch, just need someone wanting to add to GUIs
- possibility to choose a udp service
- list in table the protocol
- list in table the ports when ports is used and not port
beware some service migth have udp and tcp
