"You need to be running the last available kernel, if not the build of kmod
will be done against the last kernel header available and not against your
running kernel which will prevent filtering. So first update and reboot if a
new kernel is installed.
dnf update
signal-event post-upgrade ; signal-event reboot
dnf install smeserver-xt_geoip"
will confirm this on an upcoming install
