What's some good numbers for dealer tables, registration fees, etc?

$35 for the weekend, 20 'per day'?   $30 if they preregister before.. 
umm. May 1st/March 31?

If our target cost is about 6,000 (maximum), and we're hoping for 500 
people, we'd need a minimum of $12 per person to break even.  At $30 per 
person, we'd need 200 people to break even (paying customers).

(I'm trying to build some pre-content to be done before Friday night, so 
everyone can look at the preliminary - including a possible 
"pre-registration by email" form, with them then sending money by 
regular mail, or PayPal, if we set up an account - I have spare bank 
accounts, and I'm sure Rob can put together one there in austin (which 
would be better). )
