I believe Stu and I were bouncing back and forth a figure of $45 at the door,
$30 being the earliest preregistration discount, and also having other
various discounts ($5 off with student ID, hand out $5 off coupons at

As for per-day, how about $25 for saturday, and $20 each for friday and
sunday? (With day admission good towards upgrading to the whole weekend, so
if you buy a friday and saturday badge, you get sunday free).

As for dealer's tables, it has to be low enough the Fen can participate, but
high enough that geek side participants don't think we're not serious.
Pulling numbers out of a hat, how about $50 per table, and each table comes
with one free registration?

Getting warm bodies into hotel rooms is the hard part. Once that's handled,
the at the door registration fees should be fine.

I should set up a corporation for this, then I can set up a bank account in
the corporation's name. To-do item for tomorrow, I guess.
