If you (Mark) have a few minutes, call the Ushicon folks. Apparently they put together an LLC - I don't know how you do that for not-for-profit, but it might be a better way to go.

You don't, I believe. They're mutually exclusive. I shall ask them, and LLC see would seem strange...as a Non-Profit Corporation, you even can get interest on business checking accounts, which is not normal.


I have always found the name of Limited Liability Corporation funny...that's the entire purpose of a corporation, to prevent the actual members from getting sued personally...I dunno.

Other than that, everything looks fine.
