The dealer's room is lockable space.  Fan/art tables usually do not have to be 
lockable (unless they're selling a significant number of prints), because 
they can easily pick their stuff up at take it back to their room.  This also 
means they can man the table when the dealer's room would otherwise be 
closed, if they want to.  We can set up fan tables and artist tables in the 
corridors.  Probably what we could do is say that if you buy a 4 foot dealer 
package (that's your $50 above), we can give you a standalone 6 foot outside 
the dealer's room.  More space, but not lockable.  Still, it means more 
flexibility in the setup/teardown schedule...

In part I'm trying to reduce the congestion in the dealer's room.  We will 
have a finite amount of space in there, if we do it right...  It is, however, 
your area.  If you _want_ everything in the dealer's room, that's your call.
