The dealer's room is lockable space. Fan/art tables usually do not
have to be lockable (unless they're selling a significant number of
prints), because they can easily pick their stuff up at take it back
to their room.

They're not lockable. Basically, the table is reserved for certain people, but that's all we giving them. (Doubtful anyone would care enough to steal a 6' table)

This also means they can man the table when the dealer's room would
otherwise be closed, if they want to. We can set up fan tables and
artist tables in the corridors. Probably what we could do is say
that if you buy a 4 foot dealer package (that's your $50 above), we
can give you a standalone 6 foot outside the dealer's room.

No. The entire reason for fan/art tables are mainly for selling drawings and such, as purely an amateur. Dealers is more for selling merchandise, as a side business or even your main business if you're a regular store. The fan/art tables should be sold seperately...

In part I'm trying to reduce the congestion in the dealer's room. We
will have a finite amount of space in there, if we do it right... It
is, however, your area. If you _want_ everything in the dealer's
room, that's your call.

I would want more...dealer dealer's in the dealer's room, and side tables alongside hallway somewhere.
