I remember that patch.... not only run as non-root user, but non-root
group and can chroot too, but it's for dhcpd 2.0 only, I suppose?
Not sure if it can be modified to be accessible under 3.0, but for dhcpd
2.0, it works really well for me.
Actually, all the above functions doesn't need this patch to be realized,
only that this patch greatly simplifies matter......
