I have already applied that paranoia patch on the dhcp-2* version that
chrootes the server and runs it as dhcp user and group, but wer're talking
here about the dhcpd-3*pl(18 or 23, the latest version).
This is the one we're going to use in the firewall project...
I could have a look on chrooting this one too eventually,
