Dear All,

I've sorted the problem with SCSI installation of cookerfirewall SNF.
The cd disk that I burned was bad... I guess I have to upgrade my
burner :-(

The installation went fine. As in RC1 the eth0 interface was
configured as local 192.168.1.10 and eth1 - internet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
I have to identical ISA cards 3C905B. Both were recognised and set up
correctly. However, after final reboot. I have discovered that I am
unable to ping to the firewall or to connect to admin interface
(https://192.168.1.10:8443/) from local machine. On the other hand, I
can quite happily ping any internal machine from firewall. I've looked
at bastille-firewall.conf and see that public interface is eth0 (which
supposed to be local) and local interface is eth1 (supposed to be
internet)!!!!!!!!!! Ifconfig is showing that eth0 - local,
eth1 -internet. Is it something with installation or is it me?? Has
anybody seen this thing? What should I do to fix it? RC1 was working
fine, may be I should go back to it.

BTW I think that the network part of installation is a bit
confusing....

Thanks

Dima
