I understand your desire not to repartiion. You may be able to get away with manually taking out the untitled partition and creating a bootstrap, root, swap, and /usr or /home and then proceed with the install. If I understand your setup correctly, MacOS is as the end of the drive, so I would not use the installer partitioning tool to do this but do it either from YDL, the rescue image or MacOS.
