Smells like you don't actually have compilers installed (or some other
necessary bits).

I'm trying to rebuild an rpm from source (like I've done so many times in
the past) and for some reason, I can't. I type:
rpm --rebuild libnspr4-4.1-3mdk.src.rpm
And I get rpm spitting back to me the command line options for rpm. If I
type rpm --help, I see the --rebuild option (and --recompile). Same with
man rpm. But neither of those options seem valid.
# rpm -q rpm
rpm-4.0-26mdk
What's going on? Has anyone else been able to rebuild an rpm from src?
