This is exactly the problem (11). If you want to do a hard drive install,
you really don't want ISO's, just the directory structure from CD1 and all
the RPM's under Mandrake/RPMS.
You could:
1) do a basic install. without the devel stuff, which should only access
CD1, installing the other stuff later
2) use the files from the mirrors, which are setup as explained above
