[Cooker-PPC] and official status

Hello
I have two things to ask to Mdk guys. First, if you can add a [Cooker-PPC]
at the title of each message, it should be better for sorting (if
everybody's ok).

And second, I (and I guess everyone here) would like to have an official
statement about COOKER for PPC. Stopped or not? etc etc.
