Stew,

I encountered my first problem -  I restarted my cube and  I only see
options for linux, cdrom, and macos - no OS X?  How do I fix that?

Great - welcome aboard!  The installer tries to set the OF boot-device,
but for some reason it doesn't always take on all machines, so I opted
to include the message as a "heads up".
