More than likely an RPM I did not include onthe ISO's.

Ongoing issue.  Installer tries to do it, doesn't always take.

Hmm, need more info here. Perhaps because of SMB?

r128?  Someone else posted a similar report earlier today - r128 still

I haven't used Package Manager lately, but I've seen issue with it on main
cooker too, so this may be consistant with that.

Sure - can you run it from a term and see what is displayed when it
crashes?
