The source site at Mandrake isn't publically accessible. Only a few mirrors are allowed access to that site. There are several mirrors around. Basically if it's a good cooker mirror for x86 it should be just as good for ppc (unless they just aren't carrying ppc). sunsite.uio.no tends to be pretty up to date. But like Stew says this changes from time to time. I run a mirror myself and my upstream source had a drive failure. Lost all of the Mandrake stuff. As a result my rsync process diligently deleted all my Mandake stuff. So for the past several days I've been redownloading it.
