Thanks for the help! I installed Pico and tried to edit the XF86Config-4 file but without any luck. The screen turns off when I write "startx".. What can be the problem? All works fine as long as don�t start the graphical environment. If I want to add my monitor settings in XF86Config-4 how do I get it to use them? My preferred setting is 1280x1024 @ 85Khz. (Horizontal: 91.146, vert: 85) What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance... /Stefan
