Using cooker on ppc is just a bad idea... Some things get automatically put in (noarch items) from the x86 arch and therefore the PPC version may be out of sync not having for instance the proper perl for the modules. PPC seems to be skipping every other release of Mandrake. This means that cooker isn't really working towards a PPC release right now. Stew has been kind enough to try to keep up rebuilding but he has other responsibilities and hasn't been concentrating on cooker. So frankly right now just don't run cooker.
