Well, we also code MS Word filters for free (in AbiWord, KOffice, OpenOffice, etc.), thus enlarging the evil circle of MS products. Why we do this? Because a lot of people need to open MS Word documents. The same way, a lot of people need to be able to see Flash animations. I can live very well without it myself, but for other people it might be a good reason not to consider Linux on PPC and rather use OS X... Yes, I conceive that for Mdk, it would be a good thing, however, it would make the plugin "unavailable" for all the PPC Linux users that do not use Mandrake as their distribution... Well, I knew of that one, Stew and me have played around a bit with it, however it's pretty outdated (Flash 3) and also tends to crash all over Mozilla or if you try to load flash animations with sound... It'd need a real big overhaul, but it may be a good starting point for a free solution...
